Human Driver Mirrored Assessment
(HDMA Super Extended)
Discover what REALLY Drives You and how others Perception
of those Drivers could be
HINDERING YOUR PERFORMANCE
We often have difficulty getting a clear understanding of how others perceive our actions toward them, and how that affects their and our performance. In some cases, our own motivations may adversely affect those around us, causing them to be less productive and less motivated. We may be oblivious to the dynamics behind the reasons of average or even below average performance in our departments. With the awareness provided with this tool, we gain insights into how we satisfy our “Human Drivers” (motivators), and how we can adjust our behavior to fill our needs in more positive ways that cultivate more productive and fulfilled environments. The HDMA provides a comprehensive psychological mirror image to recognize the gaps between our personal perceptions (i.e. how we see ourselves), versus peer, subordinate, and superior perceptions (i.e. how others see us), thus allowing us to fully understand how we affect, and are affected, by each. The HDMA measures the Human Drivers that affect us and those around us. It is NOT a performance assessment, but an indicator to give us the psychological and emotional awareness of our environment. This awareness helps us gain greater effectiveness in working with others and increase overall productivity. ... and this is just the tip of the iceberg! The HDMA is delivered via the DCI website, meaning that any customers you refer can start using HDMA within minutes of completing their orders
Cultivating a Vision Centered Culture
Directive Communication™ (DC) is a foundation science of how people act and react to each other in groups, and how that relates to Productivity, Leadership, and Workforce Effectiveness.
Using this psychology in a Systematic Process to inspire ownership within the individual, team, and organization, DC sets the emotional and decision-making base for optimizing workforce attitudes and cooperation.
The program is designed for “Key Influencers” chosen through the discovery process to specifically and positively direct enthusiasm and action in the groups and teams they interact with.
Through Training and Projects, the program results in much of the staff and management making realizations that will influence their perspective of their place in the organization, their ability to make a difference in their lives through “Being Better Employees”, and the fulfillment they gain from what the organization can bring to their own balanced lives.
This program takes the extra stride to create projects after each of the 6 one-day workshop segments that are designed to immediately IMPLEMENT and cultivate powerful perceptions that enable them to approach work and cooperation from a self interest and development perspective.
This allows the creation of an environment that reinforces cooperation, creativity, passion and the emotional levers (outside of ego) that will lead to the improvement in their quality of life in and out of work.

Identity Intelligence
Our decisions are usually based on what happens around us. Choices are usually based on our environment, an environment that is constantly changing. Yet these decisions affect our life and work, and are usually Reactions to events and people around us. This reactiveness prevents us from making decisions based on the kind of person we would like to be. When are able to stop reacting, and our choices are founded based on our ideal self, every area of our life falls into place; our finances, our careers, our relationships, our spirituality and even our health. Through a series of explanations and stories, readers make revelations about areas in their life where their environment has affected or is affecting their direction towards the ideal person they would like to be. Few of us have discovered how to direct these driving forces and use them in our decision-making process. Few of us have gone inside ourselves to realize true potential of our “Identity Intelligence”. This discovery allows us to make decisions based on our core Identity and frees us to act Intelligently, instead of react to a chaotic environment.

- You'll get unlimited free phone support. We have two full-time employees, Wayan and Didi, who are 100% dedicated to supporting affiliates -- they're your "Affiliate Support Team" and they're here every business day to take your calls, answer your questions, and recommend the best ways to exploit YOUR existing web site and/or opt-in list .
- You'll be instantly notified every time you make a sale. Whenever your visitors click to my site and buy, or sign up under you as sub-affiliates, I'll let you know. You can even review your account history (which shows all sales you've made since joining) and see how many sub-affiliates have joined under you!
Motivation Map - downloadable
Saturday, November 10, 2007
Map the things that trigger emotional reactions in us! Our environment is made up of many different and diverse groups. These groups are to your environment like cells are to your body . they may be replaced by new cells, but will still function the same and they all combine together to form a whole. When we spend time with our friends, our colleagues, our family, or our loved ones, we experience different parts of our environment. Their impressions, beliefs and the way they act and react will impact our beliefs and actions. Using the Motivation Map will give us control of the many environments where we work, live and play, our world changes, and we can attract more success, better relationships, greater health and a more fulfilled life. We become the force of influence and not only create more ourselves, but more for those around us.
Interview kit
Tuesday, November 06, 2007
Have you ever hired the WRONG employee?
Have you ever had a GREAT candidate that underperformed?
Would you like to get into the minds and emotions of your candidates and employees BEFORE you make placement decisions?
Let’s face it, most interviewees are just telling you what they think you want to hear! They’re trying to put the odds and choices in THEIR favor not yours.
Hiring and placement decisions are some of the most important decisions you need to make, and sometimes, YOU DON’T HAVE LOTS OF TIME to determine how this person:
- Will Enhance or Spoil your CORPORATE CULTURE
- Will affect the VALUES and MOTIVATIONS of the people they work with
- Will contribute MORE THAN JUST SKILL to the department or team they’d be joining
- Would demonstrate LEADERSHIP in your organization
- Would WORK UNDER PRESSURE
There are thousands of Books on how to do well in an Interview
And they all teach people how to FOOL YOU, the interviewer, into thinking they are best for the job. And once you hire them, with today’s laws and bureaucracy you have a BIG problem!
